I'm Ash, Owner and Managing Director of The Social Serotonin, and a diehard coffee lover.
I'm passionate about helping small business owners navigate the sometimes chaotic world of social media, backed by genuine hands on experience rather than theory. I fully immerse myself in your business to understand your goals and challenges, bringing sharp creative thinking to help you stand out from your competition.
My path into this industry wasn't planned. While working in admin for a small business, I taught myself web development, then Facebook and Instagram, growing an account from scratch to 10,000 engaged followers as a side project. A friend asked how I'd done it. That conversation became The Social Serotonin. That same account has since grown to over 100,000 followers, and I haven't slowed down since.
Since then, I've worked across a wide range of industries, developing a sharp instinct for optimising social media in line with real business goals, not just vanity metrics.
Alongside social media management, I offer digital marketing and business consulting as their own dedicated services. Digital marketing extends the strategy behind your online presence beyond just social platforms. Business consulting is separate again, built around the bigger picture questions in your business, positioning, direction, what to prioritise next.
I started The Social Serotonin because I genuinely love helping small businesses thrive and bringing their ideas to life.
